Review on 🎧 Philips SHP6000 HiFi Stereo Wired Headphone: High Resolution Audio, Deep Bass, Superior Comfort & Over-Ear Design by Eric Dubreuil

My 2 sons share a room and my youngest son usually goes to bed early but my eldest son likes to watch tv until late. Night. He has Bluetooth headphones, but he often forgets to charge them. I was looking for long cable wired headphones and found them here. I was surprised that these $39 headphones have studio quality sound. The packaging looks good with typical Philips branding. The kit includes headphones and a 3.5mm to 1/4 adapter. When I saw the adapter I realized that these headphones are designed for studio use. I immediately tested different styles of music and was right. The sound is very balanced, or shall we say flat, which is good as you can easily adjust the sound in many different ways via the equalizers. What struck me the most was how good these headphones are for watching movies. Watching movies with Dolby Atmos enabled (some movies only) really made the experience more immersive. The ear pads are a bit stiff in my opinion, but they are comfortable with prolonged use. The headband is padded for extra comfort. All in all, these headphones meet my basic requirement for a long cable, but the excellently balanced sound is of course a big plus. If you are looking for great sounding wired headphones for home use (3m cable) then these are for you.
