They definitely helped me prevent and get rid of a headache when I was staring at a computer screen for hours. To what extent they help me sleep better due to blue light blocking I can't say for sure, but in my opinion they are definitely worth the price I paid. They have a sort of yellowish tint and the tint is slightly noticeable when I'm wearing them, but there's nothing crazy about that. I wouldn't wear them all day, but as long as I'm actively staring at a computer screen, they're pretty comfortable and practical.
