I bought these for my 20" wheels and they installed easily and still stick. I finished one side and moved on to the other side. I started working on it until I put on the third strip and realized I only had three left. It takes eight strips per wheel if you cover the entire circle and when I went to count the number of strips in the set I found they only offer 14 strips. So I finished the left side of the bike then went to the right side and was only able to finish 1.5 because there are only 14 strips in the kit while you need 16 strips to fully finish two wheels on either side. Luckily I had reflective tape large enough to cover the rest. I used a strip of paper as a template and tried my best to cut it out and it worked out fine, but for those interested in this set, just know if you want to cover the whole wheel (by making a whole circle do), you have to buy two such sets and you will have an extra one or you will find another set, a complete set for a 20 inch tire, that's not it.
