Review on 🪑 Gel Lumbar Pillow with Adjustable Straps: Relieve Back & Sciatica Pain in Car, Office Chair, and Home by Eric Rodriguez

I chose this lumbar pillow because I didn't want it to be so thick and/or high that it would push me several inches forward when in a car is used. This one hits the curve of my back. I also like that it's made out of a semi-solid gel rather than memory foam. This reduces a possible build-up of body heat. I also didn't want memory foam because I feel like it conforms to my body in areas where I would have preferred it to be firmer and more supportive. When using this cushion on a chair that is harder than a car seat, it is more comfortable if I put a soft cover on it to give it a little more softness. I also really like that the strap can be wrapped around the car's headrest to keep the pillow in place. Very thoughtful and functional design.
