I've been trying to return them since I received them at the end of March. The company has terrible customer service and refused to return an unused product. This product is made from VERY poor materials; You can feel it as soon as you open the cheap plastic bag they are sent to you in. Read other reviews and see how bad they are. In terms of size, I have small hands and they don't fit me like other duty gloves; They don't fit right and leave too much room for error - in my service industry there is ZERO room for error. When I felt these gloves I immediately said to myself that they will definitely be sent back! Well good luck with that - it's been almost 4 months and they haven't solved it. Sad to say this company is trying to sell this inferior product to law enforcement. The Hollywood photos taken for their promotion are absolutely absurd. I feel sorry for all other officials who are facing the same problem in this company. Stay away from them as our lives and communities are at stake every day. Stay healthy, hope this helps!
