As someone who has suffered multiple spinal injuries to both neck and back as well as many other significant joint/tendon/muscle injuries I can honestly say this mattress changed my life. I have struggled with chronic pain for 25 years and this is by far the most comfortable mattress out of MANY I've owned during this time. It combines, very effectively, just the right amount of plushness (as to not trigger pain areas) with support (so your back can keep properly aligned). I am 5'8", 160lbs with broad shoulders and a small waist and I can very comfortably sleep in any position on this mattress. It was fully puffed up in less than 24 hours in my 72 degree bedroom abs what little odor it had dissipated within a couple of days. It sleeps temperature neutral and reacts very quickly if you move around or change position. I have nothing but praise to sing for this product!
