The ability to easily add new accounts, change existing ones without having an IT person around makes all of our time more valuable as we are able make changes ourselves rather than waiting for costly staff resources or expensive consultants! Our account manager has been very patient with us when it comes down do understanding where each other's strengths lie so that they can help guide me through some processes (such sales/inventory etc) but sometimes I've had questions which were not answered right away - this might be because she was too busy dealing directly woth clients at times though there could also have just come from my lack of experience / knowledge about certain aspects eithout her being clear what i needed before answering them properly :) But overall great service & communication throughout both contract renewals last year (>3 years now!).
