This is a very powerful little device. It immediately blows ice cold. I've been working for about a week and haven't had any problems. Installation was incredibly easy. Only you may need additional sealant or foam to seal the window. Also, don't put tape over something you don't want to stay because I've had a heck of a time moving it around to adjust. The remote control is very easy to use and change settings. hand in the middle of the night. The sleep setting is also a great option and more than just a sleep timer. Be sure to read about it. The device has a size of 215 square meters. I would say my room is around 300-325 and I could probably use a little more of the unit. But we only need it to cool the main area, and that's a good thing. I actually put it on the end table and getting it off the floor made a huge difference. The crate is pretty heavy so make sure you have help to carry it up the stairs or something.
