The customer support team at PACIFIC has been very helpful in helping me find solutions to my needs that have eluded other providers I've worked with over many years of business ownership! Their ability/desire for partnership rather than competition makes their staff even more valuable as clients grow into larger organizations where we need much bigger scale capacity-leveling our resources across multiple locations (and beyond).

No problems here - great people working hard every day. We were looking for an offsite location outside of office space so employees could work remotely during COVID but still maintain access to shared drives without having physical presence there to be able solve issues or troubleshoot equipment failures when needed.
