I like it. It's great when you travel abroad. I've used this in Hong Kong and Australia (bought SIM cards there for a very low price) and got great Wi-Fi signal the whole time. I highly recommend carrying a battery in case this device runs out of battery while you're away (it will still work when connected to a battery). I used my smartphone as a GPS and used this wifi hotspot mainly for that purpose and also for messaging with people. I will be informed about the SIM plan you want to buy. If you're using this primarily for navigation, quick email checking, and messaging (like WhatsApp, Line, iMessage), you shouldn't have problems with less than 1GB of storage per day. I used to rent these handheld Wi-Fi devices, but after traveling abroad a lot, I've come to the conclusion that it's definitely worth getting your own device and buying a SIM card when I'm in one other country am.
