Works great and is plug and play! Allowed me to add another PCIe slot to my motherboard for my 5700xt. As other reviewers have stated, it has an extra sheet of plastic due to sloppy cutting at the factory. But with a small knife, file or sandpaper you can easily fix it. Just be careful not to damage the gold pins. Also doesn't come with a screw so make sure you have a mobo screw.
