Patio String Lights

In a nutshell. I open the box and there's already one broken. Then I worked to untangle everything and the cord fell to the ground and two broke (all the bulbs were already wrapped around the cord). I didn't even hang it up because I figured as soon as the wind blows they're going to hit something and break.
