Although the wall mount is sturdy and has a plug, the TV stand is a little wobbly and difficult to assemble. There is no hook or latch on the rear TV mount like other wall mounts. One person (or two, depending on weight) should hold the TV while the other tightens the back screw to secure the TV. The tilt hinge is clumsy and difficult for one person to adjust and I do NOT trust its integrity. I was concerned that it would abruptly drop to a lower tilt position and damage the new 50" Phillips. The rotation function was also annoying, as the television rotated by itself. There is no way to tighten! I cannot recommend it and sent the product back. Bought and already TV mounted on Fozima Full Motion TV wall mount and everything works NEW!Buy Fozima!
