The old screen was difficult to remove because it broke, so I removed many parts. Suggest having a large surface to work on, after that you will need a vacuum cleaner. Do not try to wipe the LCD screen with glass, otherwise it will be scratched. I couldn't save the built in button so I used the button already on the screen. However, the instruments were great and the screen worked great. I got my iPad back at a great price. You must have patience. It also helps to have a magnifying glass as pieces of glass, screws and connectors are small, at least for me.
