Uncertain: portable audio and video devices
Sound quality and comfort are fine when they work. Unfortunately, this only works ten percent of the time. I often hear radio conversations while I'm working, but the microphone switch won't turn on. It's basically just reception. I bought two of these and the other works perfectly. So I know the problem is with the second product
