Good: This stool was fairly quick to assemble - less than 5 minutes. Instructions were included in the box and I didn't even have to search for my tool box. Most stools are simply assembled with press fits - no fasteners. The Allen key is for the four screws needed for assembly. Bad: This thing can be ridiculously unstable - the seat is noticeably wider/larger than the diameter of the base/wheels. As a result, it's easy for your center of gravity to accidentally protrude past the base, and the entire structure will fall over and knock you off your feet.
