Heater suitable for aquarium heaters and coolers

This heater has only worked well for about 6 months this year and I have noticed that my catfish is not looking well and all my other tropical fish are slow moving because I do can. I can't get the temp to 75 degrees safely and I have 76 degrees but my other thermometer reads 73.9 degrees. piece of trash. The 1st photo is 76 degrees for me, and the 2nd photo really says my tank isn't cool at 73.9 degrees. In the 3rd photo I noticed that my catfish was not doing very well. Dissatisfied
