Review on 💡 Efficient Satco Bayonet Single Contact Socket: Enhanced Design for Easy Installation and Durability by David Skyline

I ordered this unit to replace a rusted socket in a 15 year old low voltage landscape light. At the same time, I also switched to LED light sources. The output leads are fairly short so I soldered the wires to an existing 18 gauge branch that could be buried. The connection wires remain in the light, which is good as they are better suited for indoor use. The mount itself is well made and has a thread on the underside for screwing into the mount. The only downside was the price, which seemed high for this item.
