I was hesitant to buy a mattress topper as I really needed it as we just bought a brand new mattress and with a toddler in the house I can imagine how bad it can get in a few will be days. I decided to buy this protector based on Turkish cotton, it really caught my eye when looking for a store. The protector is made from a soft, towel-like material at the top and Rexin at the bottom to make it waterproof. It stretches quite a bit on the sides and I'm sure it can be adjusted to fit all types of mattresses (mine was very large). On the plus side, it's super easy to put on and take off, and it's so soft you hardly feel a thing while you sleep.
