Poor battery life, send in replacement. Worse.
Purchased in June 2015. I've used it maybe 3 times since then. It's dead today, and to replace the batteries, the website says it needs to be sent in. I can disassemble it myself to try replacing the battery, but I'll most likely find a better one. Reduced from 2 to 1 run due to the price paid. Make sure that you buy a device whose batteries you can change yourself.
