Review on LAUNCH Diagnostic Bidirectional OE Level Functions by Corey Holloway

I bought my Launch x431 V+ in August 2018 and have been using it for diagnostic purposes ever since. I didn't renew my subscription after it expired in August 2020 last year. Last week we had an issue where the Honda wasn't in the list of vehicles available for scanning, so I was a bit worried about Launch Direct support. I emailed Launch Direct and received a response within 24 hours. I was able to re-download and install the software with Launch Support (Lily, you are awesome!). I contacted them last year just before my subscription expired and they replied the next morning so I have to say something about their customer service. good as anyone.
