Why would anyone leave a negative review that has nothing to do with the product? You did not receive the item you wanted, has nothing to do with this item. It has to do with how Amazon's computer looks for compatibility parts. I've ordered many parts from Amazon that Amazon says won't fit my car, but I get the part number with my truck's VIN directly from GM. Oddly enough, now that I've ordered these parts, Amazon says these parts fit my car and I don't think that's the best way, even if it's just part of how it looks. This negative should be an Amazon review, not this part. However, this part is exactly as described, it is a genuine Delco GM part, it will perform exactly as it did when the car was new. Shipping was 2 days faster than expected and installation took about 5 minutes in total. All you really need is a flat head screwdriver to remove the clip. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 is easiest 1. I replaced the pinhole brake system and found that the old switch was worn and had burn marks, probably from long use, and I had a leak in the sunroof, now fixed, is water hacked into everything and shorted everything out and it will fall apart easily when I take it off to replace the amp so I replaced it.
