Review on 🔪 Whetstone Sharpening Waterstones: Efficient Flattening Stone by Sean Maples

I see a lot of negative reviews on this stone. They all seem to be saying the rock isn't level, "stay like the plague, uneven" etc etc. I'm not sure what these people are measuring or "verifying" but I have a feeling they are wrong . I'm not using any real tools for this and am basing it on something like another rock they think might even be. be.I started with a T-square, put a straight edge on the stone on either side. and it was completely flat. Then I got one of my levels. I tested the interface in my basement where I was working on creating some items. The surface I chose to test was really flat. I put this stone on it and it was VERY flat again. Then I put a spirit level on the stone and it was level and flat. After checking, I took a stone that I knew needed repair and it had a concavity due to frequent use. I used this stone and you know what?!?!?!?!?!? This brought my stone back to its true flatness. Like I said, I'm not sure what people use to tell them this stone is "not flat", but I can guarantee you that the stone I bought and received yesterday, was 100% flat and worked great. . I used REAL measuring tools and was pleasantly surprised. I really recommend this stone 100%. I figured that after seeing this on a food site (which is highly regarded) and seeing that THEY had even recommended this stone, other people who had, shall we say, bad things either checked out a poor quality one Items got (which happens, let's face it). , commodity has bad spots here and there) or they don't use proper inspection tools. I recommend this, buy one and keep those rocks flat!
