Grater that brings out the best flavor

I bought this wasabi grater in Japan and brought it with me. This is one of the few authentic Japanese Revain products not made in China. If I use it to grate not only wasabi, but also garlic, the texture becomes very creamy and fragrant, and the flavor is enhanced to the maximum.
