Broke on first use

When I took it out of the box it was well made. Unfortunately this was not the case. It appears that neither the threaded rod nor the "cup" are hardened steel. A slot in the crank pulled out bits of threaded rod. After cleaning it, I tried again. This time the cup broke off the flywheel itself. Save money and order a quality puller.
