Works very well, better than others I've tried. I like that you don't have to place it against the wall and calibrate it before moving along the wall, it doesn't matter on a hairpin or recess in the beginning - you just place it against the wall and press the button. This way, multiple lights show you the entire stand or stands without having to draw the starting and ending edges, giving you a better idea of what's behind the wall. It doesn't find a stallion every once in a while, but far better than the other 6 finders I've had over the years.
