Not very accurate good for electrics

I've used it a few times and didn't find it that accurate. I use it on a wooden frame with half an inch of drywall. First find 2 x 4 to hang a nail on. If he often claims that there is something when there is nothing

Pros
  • great for me
Cons
  • very expensive

Inaccurate - Multitester

I bought this to hang a pulley system for my kayaks in the garage. Now I have some holes in the ceiling where the device thought my studs were. burns like there really are rivets in there. no Isn't that why you bought this thing?

LTGEM carrying case Franklin ProSensor 710/710+ Precision Stud Finder

The case corresponds to the description at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery in September 2020; but the company sent by airmail from china and i received the case today. July 31, 2020 Very happy with the purchase.

Cons
  • Discontinued model

Fits perfectly. on multitester

Robust construction. Fits the Franklin ProSensor very well so the case doesn't rattle or move during transport. A small issue preventing a 5-star rating was a temporary issue with lightning moves. A small amount of lube quickly solved this problem.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Better, but not always 100% perfect.

Works very well, better than others I've tried. I like that you don't have to place it against the wall and calibrate it before moving along the wall, it doesn't matter on a hairpin or recess in the beginning - you just place it against the wall and press the button. This way, multiple lights show you the entire stand or stands without having to draw the starting and ending edges, giving you a better idea of what's behind the wall. It doesn't find a stallion every once in a while, but far…

Franklin ProSensor 710+ fits really well

I tried the Caseling case for the Franklin 710+ Stud Finder and had to force the top shut; The case was too short. So I ordered an LTGEM case hoping it would fit better. It does. The top closes comfortably and has room for batteries, a pencil, etc. Also, the case feels a little stiffer, which I think offers better protection. The images on the product description page show that the inside is white. However, the one I received is a nice silver gray color which I prefer.
