Review on 🚴 Enhance Cycling Performance with SHIMANO Cleats SPD-SL SM-SH10/SM-SH12 by Dangelo Toliver

These Shimano cleats are very well made. Switched from SPD mountain bike pedals to SPD-SL road bike pedals on my road bike. These cleats are designed for SPD-SL pedals. Much nicer to have them on my road bike than mountain bike pedals. They have more surface area for more power transfer to the pedals, which means you go faster! Also the great thing about these boots is that they are made from a high quality hard plastic/rubber material on the bottom so I don't have to worry about scratching the floor when walking with the shoes on the inside. While the SPD spikes were metal, I always had to take off my shoes indoors. Conclusion: high quality spikes, 6 degrees of lift, very good option for a road bike.
