My motorhome is from 1989 so installing it took a little more than just snapping the screen into place. The lack of spare fan blades made this a little tricky. After removing the 4 screws holding the case, 2 screws holding the screen and one screw holding the crank, I was able to remove the old weak fan. With a little effort I was able to mount the new fan on the motor shaft. The problem I have is that the airflow is inwards and I wanted a fan that blows air out of the bathroom. Ah, at least it works!
