These sticks melt like buta.
I ordered these rods to get a size under 3/32 for a thin sheet, say .125 to .150. Wow, these rods burn smooth with virtually no spatter, with a clean steel and excellent slag removal. I'm not good enough to peel slag like a banana, but after a scrape or two and a wire brush I will. It couldn't be cleaner. I use an Everlast 160 which is around 45 amps and these rods work great. hard arc. You should be able to execute these positive or negative. I tested positive for light transmission.
