Fold lines! - my new review

I finally found a this entry rug that fit under our door, but basically unusable because of the deep fold creases. We’ve tried putting weights on it, hanging it in the sun, etc. Nothing has taken the creases out. Why would these rugs be shipped like that? Why not rolled?
