After struggling with rosacea for 15 years, I've been trying for years to find a facial cleanser that doesn't "scar" or cause extreme redness on my sensitive facial skin Skin. It wasn't until I discovered Vanicream about a decade ago that I was finally able to wash my face daily without flare-ups or after-effects. This remains the only faceplate that works for me.
