I really needed a camera that could take pictures of my script-inspired mail. And he's still doing a great job. I've only photographed a few, but the detail is superb! The Kodak software did not work on the Windows 8 operating system, the installation window just got stuck and didn't do what it was supposed to, installing the software. However, when I disconnected the camera from the USB cable, the camera screen gave me the option to use another program to download pictures to my laptop. I simply chose a different program, plugged it back into the USB port, turned it back on and a screen came up with a choice of available programs on my computer. I selected Windows Photo Gallery and it works great! Thanks for the super fast shipping!
