As mentioned, there is NOTHING RELIABLE about this tire. It is filled with foam to replace the inner rubber tube. I had no trouble mounting the tire and didn't need the longer hex bolts because I put the assembly in a vise and squeezed it so the original hex bolts would work. However, this tire didn't even last 45 minutes while my kids drove the Crazy Cart XL. I just ordered a FULL SOLID tire from a taxi repair shop to replace this junk.
