The ability to easily create custom visualizations using our library of prebuilt charts is one of my favorite things about this tool! I like that you can export your dashboard as an interactive PDF or CSV file, which makes it easy for people who don't have access to the software itself (like myself) to use. It would be nice if there were more options in terms of exporting different types of data sets. Also, sometimes when running reports with multiple filters/lookups/etc., the report becomes very slow to run - so we had to reduce the number of fields being pulled from the database by removing some columns. This was not something that we realized until after the fact, but it did help us narrow down what exactly was causing the slowness issue. Try out KPI Studio first before deciding whether or not it's right for you. Our team uses these tools daily to monitor all.
