The ability to have two separate phone numbers within one system is great! I am able to use both as needed without having multiple devices or services/apps open at once.
It's easy enough that my staff can figure it out quickly if they need some help with an issue (which happens often). We've been using this service since 2012 when we first started our business; however, there are updates now available so you should definitely consider upgrading your software in order to be more up date than current competitors who may not offer all of these features yet but will soon after release them into their product lineups. Great customer support from Fourteein has helped us implement many changes over time including adding new products like web conferencing which was difficult before because most other providers didn't allow those types of integrations back then.
