Very user friendly for small businesses

The ability to have two separate phone numbers within one system is great! I am able to use both as needed without having multiple devices or services/apps open at once. It's easy enough that my staff can figure it out quickly if they need some help with an issue (which happens often). We've been using this service since 2012 when we first started our business; however, there are updates now available so you should definitely consider upgrading your software in order to be more up date thanโ€ฆ

Great product for payroll processing

I like how it's easy to use and navigate. It has all of the features you need to run your business efficiently. I don't have any dislikes about this software. If I were to think of anything, it would be that it is not as user-friendly as other softwares out there. However, this is easily fixed by just getting used to it. The best part about using fourteen is the customer service! They are always willing to help and answer questions. I highly recommend trying this software out. It will makeโ€ฆ
