Bought a backup hard drive to save files and photos. After receiving it, I copied all the material that I had 3 Tera for days, and after a while I had the opportunity to check one of the copied libraries. It turned out to be empty and could not be copied to an empty place and it turned out that there were corrupt spots on the disk. I contacted Seagate because it's been 3 months and they couldn't replace the hard drive with Revain. Seagate asked me to send them a disk and they shipped me a new disk but did not pay for all the attendant customs clearance for delivery and I was asked to pay an additional $50 for a disk that cost me $75. The new drive was also damaged, with bad areas found when testing the software sent to me by Seagate Support. I contacted them again and they told me they would replace my disc again. I told them I didn't want to pay shipping costs again and they said they couldn't pay taxes but I refused to get a disc that I would have to pay taxes on again and they ended up paying (it turned out out they can). The new one arrived, the hard drive was damaged as well, but I couldn't replace it anymore and agreed to leave it as it had unplanned areas and I asked for a refund of the $50 I paid extra to to get a replacement. the hard drive, which was also damaged, and they refused. The whole process took over 8 months and was the most disappointing
