No instructions are provided so you'll have to think it through if you've never used this kind of drawer slide before but if you already have some experience with full-extension side-mounted slides these are just what you're used to. They were significantly stronger than I needed for my application (double tier spice rack inserted into overhead kitchen cupboard) but they were lightweight and still suitable for most anything you'd put in a 10" drawer or on a 10" shelf. The slides have a release so you can remove the drawer - a handy feature even during construction. Some 1/2" wood screws (I think #6) are included but you'll need more so be prepared for that. I found the ball bearings (permanently lubed and captured) to run smooth and my finished shelves operated beautifully. I am very happy with this purchase.
