Review on πŸ”‘ Enhance Vehicle Security with 2 KeylessOption Replacement Ignition Chipped Keys for Ford Lincoln Mercury H92 H84 H85 by Scott Wallace

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The workpiece is not inserted into the lock without milling the spine of the key.

The blanks were not manufactured correctly and did not fit in the lock. The thin strip of metal on the opposite side of the V-groove was too thick. I had to mill/saw 15/1000 on both sides to get the key in. After that it works very well. Look at the jog I had to do in the middle of the key next to / to the right of "SA". If the key would fit I would give 5 stars. If I didn't have a milling machine, 0 stars. Programmed in my F150 using CK100 and then used Ford's two key procedure for the second key. Both were initially not inserted. The filing did not affect the design of the key, which I sharpened before discovering the flaw in the workpiece.
