Review on Kyocera Advanced Ceramic Revolution 4 Piece by Mandy Martin

The knives worked well until the wine knife was used for the first time a few months after purchase in Turkey. When I finished carving the turkey, I noticed that there were no chips on the edge of the blade. We found several fragments in the bones, which I was able to pull out with my fingertips. Not sure if there might be other pieces of pottery to eat, we threw our turkey dinner in the trash. We also threw away the entire set of 4 knives as I was lucky we saw this before eating and won't risk it again. It was a relatively soft boned turkey and as you can see in the attached photos some fragments were broken off.
