Won't hold a charge after first use

I charged these four batteries using the included charger once, and the batteries worked well that first time. However on subsequent charges, they finish and show the right voltage but as soon as you apply a load the voltage drops like you never charged them. So I even tried using my professional Hitec charger and slow charged them at .2A and they finish, but won't keep their voltage. I already threw all four away and just bought some quality Tattu lipos.
