I am dissatisfied with the product, there are no positive qualities.

Bought to replace Xiaomi Mi5S. Disappointed. There is no WOW effect from the phone, an ordinary well-made device for a lot of money (for example, when I bought myself a NOUT-3 many years ago, it was a bomb compared to competitors).
Tactile and outwardly, it is somewhat reminiscent of XIAOMI MI6 (a friend has one), but only this one with a stylus. The rest is about the same - something better for Samsung, something for Xiaomi.
The software is heavily loaded with any non-removable software, while usability is complicated and not thought out, compared with Xiaomi, Samsung loses in this.
Already managed to fall on the asphalt, scratched the screen a little, but thank God it didn’t crash.
Now I use the old Xiaomi Mi5S for calls, and for the Internet, work with mail / documents outside the office, navigation in the car I use laptop9
Supplement after a month of use, I think it will be important when choosing:
1. The battery lasts from morning until late at night with very active use of the phone (messengers, Internet, YouTube, calls) and the power saving mode is on. I don't play games. If you use it only for calls and check your mail several times, then for two days I think it will last easily. In principle, the indicator is not very bad.
2. Directly kayfanul from the stylus, working with mail, documents, etc. has become much easier, in conjunction with a large screen. For an office plankton who is constantly on the road, it is very helpful. The functionality is great.
3. Of the minuses - heavy and large. In a silicone shack, he strives to slip out. And a good "shockproof" bumper or book case significantly increases in size. In the pocket of a shirt or jeans, you don’t vilify too much, it bristles, this must be taken into account.
4. Perfectly connects without glitches and failures at home with Samsung appliances, download movies from a torrent to a smartphone and watch movies on TV. Or play music through the soundbar. Very comfortably.

Pros

1. Really good camera. Subjectively better than the S9 - compared, on Note 9 the pictures turned out better. 2. Stylus - convenient for working with documents, sites - when you try to press / select a small font with large little ones. In many ways, I took it from him. 3. There is a heart rate sensor - you can control your pulse. 4. The speakerphone works well - the microphone is sensitive, the speaker is loud. There are no more pluses. At all. The rest is like everyone else.

Cons

1. The logic of the unlock - there is no unlock by double-tapping the screen. Only by the side button, if it is screwed up, then by fingerprint. Very uncomfortable. 2. The fingerprint sensor at the back is very inconvenient - in the car it is latched on the headset or when it is on the table it cannot be unlocked, you have to take the phone in your hand. It is very inconvenient for motorists. 3. The sensitivity of the screen is worthless (or a software bug), you press on the screen, it does not respond. You have to poke a few times sometimes. 4. Freezes and glitches programs (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) - the power of the iron is compensated by the unoptimized software part. 5. To call, you need to press 3-4 times, a poorly thought out notebook and dialer. Uncomfortable. 6. Despite the increased battery power, the phone lives for one light day maximum. (Active use - calls, mail, Internet) Whatever you do with it, whatever settings you set. 7. Heavy and big. As a phone it's inconvenient, as a mini tablet it's ok. ______________________________________________________________ ADDED 10/14/2022 (used 9 months) - the phone worked fine until the release of Note-10. Now phone glitches have begun - it slows down periodically, but the most important thing is that the quality of communication has become very bad (megaphone operator): dialing is not the first time, after 30-40 seconds of a conversation, the connection is interrupted and silence in the receiver. Replacing the SIM with another operator did not remove the problem. I inserted my SIM card into my old Chinese smartphone - the call goes through and goes well. Added on 03/26/2022 - the phone stopped ringing normally, every 30-50 seconds there was a break in communication, a croaking sound.
