It is only adjustable in two directions! Don't bend over!
It works perfectly when you have a perfectly vertical T-stand and want to point the camera straight ahead. If that's all you need, this will work just fine. However, there's no way to tilt the camera up or down if you need to aim up or down or adjust your tilt stand. The best thing you can do with this mount is take cross-eyed, tilted photos.
