REFILLING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
My daughter LOVES this chair and uses it every day, of course it needs to be refilled after a few months. I bought the filler and was going to refill it and to my surprise the zipper is a bit glued making it IMPOSSIBLE to open the chair and refill. I thought I was unlucky and got a defective chair and having used it for several months I didn't even bother to contact the seller. I bought a second one and the same, the zipper doesn't work. I am so upset because my daughter loves this chair so much but it only works for about 3 months. Purchase at your own risk.
