Works very well but if you have a Mac you will need to download the latest driver. On a 15" MacBook Pro (Mid 2007) with OS X Yosemite, I sometimes have to "turn off the radio", "turn on the radio" when the Mac wakes from sleep. You don't see the Wi-Fi connection icon in on the status bar, but the app shows you the upload and download speed. The wireless adapter wasn't working. A small issue, probably unrelated to this device - I rarely used a MacBook until I got the adapter and Yosemite installed - I needed and had a hardwired connection to my router.When running Chrome and/or Safari on Yosemite it was very slow to respond.The solution was to remove one of the two 2GB SIMMs and replace it with a 4 - Replace GB SIMM.
