Technically speaking, the cooler is good. And it's not too noisy, it cools well, and it looks good. may prevent high memory modules from being installed in the slot next to it. Regular modules, however, will fit without any issues.
The backlight operates oddly. When connected through its controller, it operates wonderfully; when attached to the motherboard, it either works or it doesn't. Installing a double-sided bar with pins, which must be properly fastened because they are merely bare metal pins with no locks, is required to connect to your controller.
The wires are moved somewhere so that they are not noticeable anywhere and are pulled to the bottom, to the radiator above the contact pad, which is the hotter location.
