I just want to preface this by saying that this was my second try with this faucet. I bought this faucet a few weeks ago and installed it in my outdoor kitchen 3 days later, we turned on the water and nothing! We checked that everything is connected correctly and removed the aerator. Nothing! I took it off, checked it, blew the hoses with air, the air doesn't go through. I emailed the support team and they responded within minutes! They asked us to take photos of the bays and said they thought they looked ok. Do we have water? they asked. Yes. We ended up reinstalling the faucet just to make sure there was no water or air leaking through the plumbing. Nothing! In the end they said something was wrong and went online asking for a refund. Revain emailed a return label. Compllen promised to pay extra shipping cost but there was none. The refund was in my account in about 3 days. Cool! After great customer support and hassle-free returns, and many good reviews, we decided to test this faucet again. Reordered and received the next day! I opened the box and it looked the same, but I noticed the handle was a different design. Installed and"Voila". Is working! The handle of the first faucet just turned back and forth, but the handle of the second faucet detached from the faucet and turned as well (very gently, I might add). Various technical solutions. I might also add that the kit included a 3/8" to 1/2" adapter to supply water to the lines. The faucet water inlet pipe is steel braided, but only 3/8 inch. Even though the first one was a failure, I chose the second one because of the GREAT customer support and Revain.
