The sizing is in the EU, so smaller than the US. I'm 6'3-6'4, 160 lbs. Went with my t-shirt size (Medium) but had to go back and get a size up (Large). The return process was easy and quick. If I'm the right size, this jacket is amazing! It's convenient but offers the protection you need at a relatively low price. There is space for a rear protector, although this is not installed. The forearm/elbow padding is great. This is a 100% summer jacket. If you get cold easily, the wind will cut through them. Simple enough to wear a hoodie underneath if needed. Zippers on the sleeves make it easy to put on and take off. Very comfortable for a long time. You can use it to take a trip or go into the gorge. Love it. Even if you need a suit with an airbag, this jacket will support you. I haven't had the perfect opportunity to fall yet, but I imagine this jacket will withstand a fall well.
