Advantages: Very good shock absorber. it looks cool Contains the tools required for installation. Looks durable. Cons - Difficult to install properly. Affects steering negatively (that's why I would have removed it if it weren't for some original parts that broke when installing shock absorbers. They have these parts in the kit). Comments - If you go tubeless you might want to consider this upgrade, but be aware. The m365 is designed to be lightweight, making parts easy to break or reinstall correctly. Watch the video and everything you can find about the installation and take your time. The steering is no longer smooth because the tire is no longer in line with the steering column. Unless you ride off-road I wouldn't recommend this upgrade (even if you go tubeless). If it's for adults, replace the spring with a heavier one. Most (if not all) bike shops will not install this for you. Trust me I tried to overpay them so it would give them a headache. So why did I give 4 stars? Because if you drive off-road and it is installed correctly, it helps to cushion bumps, tree roots, train tracks, etc. I don't want to attack the product too harshly just because I didn't manage to put the scooter together as it was before I installed it. But beware buyers.
